## Landrat informiert Kreistag über brisanten Vorgang bei der Sozialstiftung

In der **Kreistagssitzung vom 26. Juni 2026** hat **Landrat Michael Köberle** den Kreistag über einen Vorgang informiert, der es in sich haben könnte. Es geht um die „Sozialstiftung für Kinder und Jugendliche des Landkreises Limburg-Weilburg“, früher bekannt als „Kindersozialstiftung des Landkreises Limburg-Weilburg“ oder kurz KiSOS.

Die Erklärung liegt dem Fingerklopfer derzeit nur in Form einer unscharfen Mitschrift vor. Einzelne Wörter waren aufgrund der schlechten Raum-Akustik in der Paul-Arens-Bürgerhalle in Frickhofen für uns kaum zu verstehen. Der Kern der Erklärung lässt sich aber klar genug erkennen: **Die Stiftungsaufsicht hat offenbar auf Versäumnisse hingewiesen.** Es soll Probleme bei Jahresabschlüssen und Meldungen von Organbesetzungen geben. Und der schwerwiegendste Punkt: Nach interner Prüfung sei festgestellt worden, dass der Stiftung **bereits im Jahr 2017 rückwirkend die Gemeinnützigkeit aberkannt** worden sei bzw. rückwirkend bis 2017 aberkannt wurde, von einem uns noch nicht bekannten Datum aus.
