Berlin – In der Hauptstadt hat ein ungewöhnlich schwerwiegender Justizfehler dazu geführt, dass ein wegen mehrfacher Vergewaltigung und weiterer Gewaltdelikte verurteilter Mann wieder auf freiem Fuß ist. Die Entscheidung des Berliner Kammergerichts basiert nicht auf einer juristischen Neubewertung der Schuld, sondern auf einem reinen Verfahrensfehler – ausgelöst durch das Versäumnis eines Richters. n-tv berichtete darüber.

Der 28-jährige Angeklagte war im **Juni 2025** vor dem **Landgericht Berlin** zu **sieben Jahren und neun Monaten Haft** verurteilt worden. Er soll seine ehemalige Partnerin über Jahre hinweg mehrfach körperlich misshandelt und in mehreren Fällen vergewaltigt haben. Trotz seines als hochgefährlich eingestuften Verhaltens wurde nach mehr als anderthalb Jahren Untersuchungshaft der Haftbefehl aufgehoben – nicht wegen zweifelhafter Beweise, sondern wegen einer formalen Justizpanne.
