Berlin - Die ehemalige Berliner Gesundheitssenatorin **Dilek Kalayci** ist von einem Berliner Gericht wegen Korruption verurteilt worden. Das Landgericht sah es als erwiesen an, dass Kalayci ihr Amt missbraucht hat, um sich private Vorteile zu verschaffen. Das Urteil markiert einen weiteren schweren Vertrauensverlust für die Berliner Landespolitik.

Nach Auffassung des Gerichts nahm Kalayci im Zusammenhang mit ihrer Hochzeit geldwerte Vorteile von einer Werbeagentur an. Im Gegenzug soll sie als Senatorin Aufträge aus dem Verantwortungsbereich ihrer Verwaltung an diese Agentur vergeben oder zumindest wohlwollend begleitet haben. Die Richter werteten dieses Verhalten als strafbare Vorteilsannahme beziehungsweise Bestechlichkeit.
