 [##  BSW kündigt Klage beim Bundesverfassungsgericht an – Forderung nach Neuauszählung der Bundestagswahl

Die Partei **Bündnis Sahra Wagenknecht (BSW)** will beim **Bundesverfassungsgericht** eine Wahlprüfungsbeschwerde einreichen. Ziel ist eine bundesweite Neuauszählung der Stimmen der vergangenen Bundestagswahl. Zuvor hatte der Bundestag eine entsprechende Wahlprüfungsbeschwerde der Partei zurückgewiesen.

Auf einer Pressekonferenz begründete BSW-Gründerin **Sahra Wagenknecht** den Schritt mit dem außergewöhnlich knappen Wahlergebnis und einer Vielzahl dokumentierter Unregelmäßigkeiten bei der Stimmauszählung. Das BSW hatte die Fünf-Prozent-Hürde nach offiziellen Angaben um lediglich 95 Stimmen verfehlt.
