Am 22. Januar 2026 verurteilt das Oberlandesgericht (OLG) München den früheren CDU-Bundestagsabgeordneten Axel Fischer wegen **Bestechlichkeit von Mandatsträgern** nach **§ 108e StGB** zu **einem Jahr und zwei Monaten Freiheitsstrafe auf Bewährung**. Zusätzlich ordnete das Gericht an, ihm für **zwei Jahre das passive Wahlrecht** zu entziehen; außerdem soll Fischer **12.000 Euro** an eine Opferhilfe-Stiftung zahlen. Fischer wurde nach dem Urteil aus der Untersuchungshaft entlassen – und legte **noch im Gerichtssaal Revision** ein. Damit ist das Urteil **nicht rechtskräftig**.

Schon diese Eckdaten machen den Fall außergewöhnlich: Medien berichten von einem **bundesweit seltenen bzw. in dieser Konstellation erstmaligen** Verfahren gegen einen Mandatsträger wegen §108e im Kontext der sogenannten „Aserbaidschan-Affäre“.
