Ein Informatik-Student wurde wegen „Verunglimpfung des Staates und seiner Symbole“ anonym bei der Polizei in Düsseldorf angezeigt. Jetzt muss er ein Strafgeld von 1500 Euro zahlen und die Prozesskosten übernehmen.
